This VOW terms page is a draft pending review of EnterHome's executed PropTx/TRREB agreements, mandatory wording and applicable rules. Reading or accepting this page does not activate VOW access.
1. Eligible registered consumer
VOW access is limited to consumers whose identity, valid email address, bona fide real estate interest and qualifying brokerage–consumer relationship have been established in accordance with the signed applicable VOW agreement. Such a limited relationship does not itself create a representation agreement or financial obligation.
2. Personal non-commercial purpose
Restricted MLS data may be used only for your personal, non-commercial real estate research. Redistribution, retransmission, republication, resale, bulk copying, scraping, database mining and prohibited automated or AI extraction or processing are not allowed.
3. Information rights and accuracy
You acknowledge applicable MLS database and image rights. Listing information is believed reliable but not guaranteed. Historical records, values and photographs may contain limitations and are not appraisals.
4. Verification, credentials and continued eligibility
Registration requires accurate account information, unique credentials, valid email verification, explicit acceptance of the approved version of these terms, and any additional board-mandated authentication or renewal intervals. Eligibility and account access may be reviewed, suspended or revoked as required.
5. Board access and records
Applicable PropTx and participating board representatives may be permitted access for compliance verification. Records of registration, acceptance, use and communications may be retained or disclosed as required under the executed agreements and law, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Approval dependency
The exact terms, mandatory clauses, restrictions, renewal and retention obligations must be finalized with EnterHome's Broker of Record. This draft is not a substitute for the executed VOW agreement.
