1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern your use of www.enterhome.ca, operated by EnterHome Realty, Brokerage. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Additional approved terms and eligibility requirements apply to registered Virtual Office Website (VOW) users.
2. Purpose and permitted use
Public property searches, listings and local information are supplied for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate. Available listing fields and records depend on applicable IDX permissions and agreements.
3. Restrictions on listing information
Except where expressly authorized by the rights holder and relevant agreement, you may not scrape, harvest, copy in bulk, resell, redistribute, republish, compile an independent MLS database or use automated systems, including AI processing, to extract or exploit protected listing information. You must not circumvent access controls or disrupt website operation.
4. MLS rights and trademarks
Listing information, images and databases may be owned or licensed by participating real estate boards, associations, members, brokerages and other rights holders. MLS® and REALTOR® are registered trademarks of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), used under applicable rules. Ownership and copyright notices displayed with individual listings remain applicable.
5. Accuracy and property due diligence
Information is believed reliable but not guaranteed. Availability, prices, measurements, taxes, fees, zoning, photographs, school information and property conditions may change. Independently verify important details with the relevant brokerage and qualified professionals.
6. Calculators and property estimates
Calculators, market commentary, comparisons and any future home-value estimates are informational, not appraisals, lending approvals, legal, investment or tax advice. Estimates must disclose their inputs, age and limitations; restricted underlying data will not be published without permission.
7. Representation
Browsing, registering, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself form a representation agreement or impose a financial obligation. Any representation arrangement and required disclosures are separate. VOW registration may establish a limited relationship for VOW eligibility as described in its approved terms.
8. User accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials private. Restricted sales or history records are available only if all applicable verification, agreement and authorization requirements are satisfied.
9. Privacy and messaging
See our Privacy Policy. Consent for optional marketing messages is separate from agreeing to these terms and from VOW eligibility. Promotional messages may be unsubscribed from.
10. Website security and third parties
Automated abuse, unauthorized access, fraudulent submissions and spam are prohibited. The site may use CAPTCHA, throttling and external map/data services subject to their terms.
11. Availability and revisions
Service may be modified, suspended or corrected for operational, security or regulatory reasons. Material terms changes may require renewed acceptance.
12. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, the brokerage cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information or investment outcomes. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain in effect. Ontario and applicable Canadian laws govern these terms.
